Group Chat Rules and Appeals

• Responsibilities of Group Founders:
  Founders of group chats must follow the General User Agreement(/user-agreement)and ensure that members do not violate it. They are responsible for maintaining order and enforcing the rules within their chats.

• Consequences of Negligence:
  If a group founder fails to manage their chat properly or encourages violations, their account may be banned, and their group chats may either be deleted or transferred to a more responsible user.

• Appealing a Ban in a Club:
  Any user banned in a club can submit an appeal by sending a message within that club. A private chat will open with the club founder or one of the moderators.
  During the appeal process, administrators have the tools to revoke a ban if it was issued by mistake.
  If an administrator cancels a ban that was correctly issued for violating the Community Guidelines or User Agreement, they may be removed from their role, and the management of the club may be transferred to another administrator.
